Meet with Counselors Online Hartnell academic counselors are available to meet with students via Zoom and by telephone. Book your appointment online to discuss your educational plan and receive other advice and support. CARES Act Funding for COVID-19 Hartnell College students eligible to receive CARES Act funding are notified via email with instructions on how to apply for an award. Those students then receive a link to complete an emergency application and a deadline for their application. Once the student is determined eligible, they will be notified by email that they have been granted the CARES emergency award and be given an approximate date of award disbursement. Library Help is Still Available The Hartnell Library continues to serve students with online research databases and reference help via phone and email.
